The Rainmaker is a ranged weapon found in Splatoon.

The rainmaker is a slow but powerful weapon capable of impacting a large area. In Smash, it will function in a similar manner. When it spawns, it will have a small shield around it. Once the shield is broken by enough damage, the Rainmaker is able to be claimed by anyone in the game. Once it is held, Hold A to release a large explosion. The shot is decent for hitting opponents that are far away, but up close, you may need more protection. Once it is fired a few times, you'll "run out of ink" and the gun will stop working.
