To differenciate from other Links, he was given a complete moveset overhaul. In previous games, he was a weaker and faster version of his adult self, but in Infinite, he utilizes not just items coming from both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask (the latter especially), but his most important ability; his Masks.
